Primary Role
Field Service Technician – Key Responsibilities
Support customers and ensure satisfaction through service excellence, hands-on technical tasks, collaboration, and detailed reporting.
Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Support strategic and national accounts, adhering to service plans and high standards.
Hands-On Tasks: Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and remote diagnostics to reduce downtime. Lead technical training sessions, audits, and monitor product performance for improvements.
Collaboration: Work with National and Internal Account Teams to align objectives with customer goals.
Customer Insights: Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and share insights with the sales team.
Detailed Reporting: Maintain accurate activity records using Salesforce for smooth communication and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in customer service, site maintenance, and technical support.
- IT skills (Excel, Salesforce); background in cleaning/hygiene is a plus.
- Full UK driving license required.
