In this pivotal role, you'll champion our talent acquisition strategy, elevate the candidate experience, and build Signant's employer brand globally. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a dynamic team of recruiters and coordinators while driving transformative initiatives that enhance our recruitment processes and outcomes.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Transform our talent acquisition landscape by launching innovative programs that optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience across global markets
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering their professional growth and recruiting expertise
  • Spearhead executive and key role recruitment efforts, leveraging your network and strategic sourcing approaches to attract top talent
  • Drive data-informed decisions through talent analytics and metrics reporting
  • Partner with leadership to optimize our iCIMS ATS and global TA systems
  • Design creative employer branding strategies that strengthen Signant's position as an employer of choice
  • Champion diversity of thought and innovative approaches to talent acquisition

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with demonstrated expertise in process optimization and system implementation
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or local equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading and developing team members
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar ATS platforms
  • Strong project management capabilities and experience leading remote teams
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for employer branding and recruitment innovation
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and talent acquisition technologies
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and organizational growth.
