Are you a visionary project management executive ready to lead organizational strategy? Signant Health seeks an exceptional Senior Vice President of Global Project Management to strategically lead the Global Project Management team with a keen focus on growth, scalability, operational efficiency, high quality, and consistency to meet our committed timelines and customer expectations. Experience with clinical trials and/or eClinical projects is required.
What You'll Do
As our Senior Vice President of Global Project Management you will lead the Signant Health Global Project Management team that delivers projects with quality, on time and within budget across all our eClinical solutions including but not limited to EDC, eCOA, RTSM, eConsent, Telemedicine and Endpoint solutions. This is a unique opportunity to:
Be accountable for Project management performance across Signant’s products, services, and customers for more than 1,500 projects annually ensuring high customer satisfaction and consistent delivery, driving repeat business.
Build and inspire geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations
Promote and drive a culture of accountability through effective people management including hiring, retention, coaching and development of team members.
Proactively identify and implement continuous efficiency and improvement efforts, introducing innovative approaches to monitor and achieve consistent performance globally
Build upon synergies and execute financially-sound resource management solutions, allowing teams to scale and be productive in response to changing needs based on a comprehensive set of metrics
Demonstrate excellent business acumen competencies in the project management organization to understand and act upon project resourcing and financials including change orders, revenue, project margin and invoicing
Monitor effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to support departmental goals and drive the right behaviors
What We're Looking For
Proven track record managing clinical trials and/or eClinical projects in medium to large-sized organizations
Expert-level experience leading global teams and achieving outcomes through others.
Deep knowledge of project management principles and how to build long lasting and trusting relationships with clients
Strong work ethic with high levels of initiative to lead a changing workplace
Deep understanding of project resourcing and financials including revenue, project margin, and invoicing
Exceptional change leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to lead matrix organizations with cultural intelligence and collaborative prowess
Ability to lead in an organization matrix using organizational thinking, influence, self-management, collaboration, customer-focus, and empathy to ensure success.
