Data Governance Manager - International Organisation

For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is looking for a Data Governance Manager to work remotely full-time for an international organisation.

Your responsibilities:

• Data Governance implementation on an operation level.
• Document business needs and reflect them in flow diagrams ( Visio, Miro, any other tools).
• Data Quality process definition with business SMEs.

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 3 - 5 years of experience of embedding Data Governance processes and standards into existing and future strategic projects.
• 5+ years in a major services organization, with change or transformation leadership experience and good understanding of various project management techniques.
• Experience with rolling out Data Governance frameworks and roadmaps, aligning and documenting data definitions, setting up a proper data governance organization, and Data Quality controls.
• Varied and detailed knowledge of Data Management areas such as Data Quality, Data Migration, Metadata Management etc.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills so you are seen as credible, knowledgeable and a positive representative of the Data Governance team.
• Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement.
• Ability to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the firm.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Strong organizational, business understanding and analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing and applying regulatory policy analysis to business operations preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• SAP Materials Management: understanding of material lifecycle in SAP from NPD briefing to PPM / PLM and Material Master is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Azure Purview and Data Catalog is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Data Quality and Common Data Model is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP information Steward (Metapedia, etc.) and SAP data services knowledge is a plus.
