Job Description:
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days working from home, 2 days from the office)
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR administrative functions, including employee records and compliance with Romanian labor laws.
Draft and prepare employment documents, contracts, and other HR-related paperwork, ensuring wet signatures are organized.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for employees needing HR documents, which circulate in hard copy with wet signatures.
Administer local benefit packages, including flexible benefits, medical benefits, and special allowances. Liaise with vendors for updates, complaints, and adjustments according to law changes and special situations. Provide on-demand reports related to the benefit package and coordinate with payroll as needed.
Manage offboarding procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and internal processes.
Assist HRBP in monitoring local processes (e.g., maternity leave, other types of leave) and policies (e.g., time attendance, virtual work) to ensure alignment with local legislation.
Provide HR-related reports and statistics to management.
Liaise with labor authorities and other regulatory bodies on technical topics.
Handle national official reporting (REVISAL) in a timely manner.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems according to company standards.
Manage Employee Connect tickets raised by Romanian employees.
Support the annual financial audit by providing employee file copies and preparing reports as requested by external auditors.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal procedures, and support new employees with local regulations and processes.
Reconcile HR data (Workday and local system-REVISAL) with Finance and Payroll, addressing discrepancies and preparing necessary documents for authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational company.
Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR administration processes.
Proficiency in standard office IT applications (e.g., Excel, Word) and comfort with various online tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in English.
Experience with Workday system is a plus.
