As an executive recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by collaborating with executives and senior leaders across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise as a trusted talent advisor in crafting strategic, outcomes-driven recruiting plans to attract and hire top-tier executive talent. With a strong commitment to our DEI objectives, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to build diverse and highly qualified candidate pools. You’ll also ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience for candidates that embodies our Progressive brand, culture, and work environment.

This is a remote position with occasional overnight travel for a meeting and/or training.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of 9 years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing, at least 3 of those years must be in talent acquisition
  • {OR} bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing, at least 3 of those years must be in talent acquisition

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in equity-level/executive search including candidate sourcing and slate development, diversity recruitment, candidate management and complex offer negotiation
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders concurrently while working through complex issues and deadlines with competing priorities
  • Results-oriented with the ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable outcomes-based recruiting strategy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross cultural understanding and knowledge
  • Non-traditional hours may be required to accommodate candidate and stakeholder availability

Compensation

  • Base: $95,800 - $127,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
