We are inviting applications for the role of Supply Chain Operations – Senior Process Associate - English – Remote RO*

Responsibilities

• Specific Client Tool query resolution and Scorecard creation
• Vendor and Client manual invoices bookings and query resolution and specific reporting requirements within agreed deadlines
• Shipment tracking & Analysis
• Generating specific reports within agreed deadlines (Cost analysis, Tariff analysis)
• Preparing calculations for journal entries (e.g. transport costs bookings, accruals, prepayments)
• Raising account maintenance requests and ensuring resolution (e.g. Raw Material account, Prepayments account)
• Support of Projects testing, participation in projects’ governance meetings
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal English – B2; another EU language represents an advantages
• Should have good attention to details and self-discipline, possessing the ability to connect the dots.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality,
• displays a willingness to challenge the status quo leading to the creation and implementation of excellent processes.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to think at the goal level (smart, agile, demonstrates common sense).
• Interpersonal skills and the capacity to work independently and with a team.
• Previous experience in the AP represents an advantage for future applicants.
