Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end-of-life charity. We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement. Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end-of-life, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best possible quality of life while living with an illness, they’re likely to die from.
The Business Transformation team supports the organisation to manage and deliver complex strategic change. Changes that bring new ways of working, new technologies or require significant data handling. Our team collaborates with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to design and implement innovative, and commercially viable business solutions.
As our Business Analysis Manager, you will lead and coach a team of business analysts, develop best practices, and ensure the business analysis service supports meaningful transformation across the organisation.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how we approach business analysis as a service.
You’ll not only lead, mentor, and manage a talented team but also establish best practices and strategies to ensure our solutions align with organisational goals, improve performance, and deliver measurable benefits.
