The Opportunity:
As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and People Operations at Interos, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expansion. This leadership position focuses on spearheading our Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire best-in-class talent efficiently while cultivating a strong employer brand. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling organization by designing and refining processes, systems, and programs that enhance our talent acquisition strategies and create an inclusive, welcoming hiring experience.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Lead the Talent Acquisition team to hire top-tier talent efficiently, with stellar communication to our internal stakeholders
Develop and implement global full-cycle recruitment strategies to support organizational growth.
Oversee and execute daily team operations, including but not limited to sourcing, job advertisement, screening, selection, credentialing, offers, compliance, and administrative activities.
Conduct hands-on full lifecycle recruiting in addition to managing the team.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team.
Foster a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process.
Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and advocate for candidates.
Continuously refine search strategies and recruitment methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
Increase self-sourced talent pipeline through proactive networking and relationship-building.
Define, measure, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and maintain market competitiveness.
Uphold and promote Interos’ culture throughout the hiring process.
Design and conduct training sessions on recruitment best practices.
Ensure effective administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Develop and implement streamlined onboarding programs that enhance new hire integration and engagement.
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to optimize onboarding experiences and ensure consistency across departments.
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building initiatives.
Manage New Hire Onboarding including conducting sessions, obtaining feedback, and continuously evaluating and improving the experience
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing and leading a TA team
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition.
Demonstrated success in leading teams that efficiently hire top talent.
Proven ability to build and retain a high-performing TA team.
Expertise in equitable and effective interviewing techniques.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, best practices, and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first and client-focused approach.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
Previous work experience in HR operations or similar environment

Preferred Qualifications: Prior high volume, agency/non-agency, recruiting experience

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
Compensation range is base salary of $120,000 - $180,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
