Application Specialist - Hungary

Overview:

We are looking for an Application Specialist in Hungary to provide PolyWorks-related technical services to our growing customer base in the region. If you are passionate about technology, eager to develop expertise in cutting-edge 3D measurement solutions, and interested in helping customers optimize their processes, this role is for you!

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our solutions to provide basic and expert-level technical support to our customers
• Deliver training sessions to our customers, ensuring that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes
• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential leads
• Communicate specific customer needs to the software development team
• Travel across Hungary to meet and connect with customers, with occasional trips elsewhere in Europe

• Hold a university degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication in English and Hungarian
• Display well-developed interpersonal skills
• Have experience with CAD software as well as design and manufacturing processes
• Be dedicated to developing and maintaining professional relationships with our customers, with a strong focus on understanding and meeting their needs
• Will be considered an asset: experience with 3D metrology and knowledge about CMM, IT, macros, and statistics
