⚡You love to MAKE THINGS: concepts,  stories, videos, photoshopable things, and create content that makes people laugh, cry, or question reality. Organizing squirrels who make things also counts!!!

• You are an Art Director who creates persuasive, original art. You bring concepts alive with your craft and attention to small details – both visually and conceptually. You can land a joke by speaking only to eyeballs.You work well with a team. You know when to listen and when to speak up. You can articulate creative concepts and rationale to your Creative Partner, mentors, Creative Directors, and clients. You enjoy presenting your ideas and do so in auniquely personal and influential way.
• You can work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently manage your timewhile working remotely. (Even when a new season of your fav show just dropped onHBO. We know it’s not always easy.) You can maintain calm vibes in positive chaos.You are all in for the inclusive, norm-bending GenZ revolution.
• You know cool things. You are plugged into music, and maybe gaming too. Your mom called you to ask what the Metaverse is. You’re a hypebeast. It shows.
• You’ve lived a little, been on adventures (your backyard counts), and have a story that makes your POV unique. You believe in YOU.
• You have experience with all the latest design tools, platforms, and applicable software: Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, & Google Slides. Bonus points if you’ve ever played around with video editing software but knowing it isn't required!
