Implement targeted training programs for recruiting staff on processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Design, develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports utilizing recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the success of talent acquisition efforts. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for optimizing recruitment performance. Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Finance, Branding, recruiting leaders and other stakeholders to design and implement systems, tools, and policies that enhance the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in building and optimizing recruitment operations functions from the ground up, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology, particularly Greenhouse and Workday; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Visier, Power BI).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
  • Adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguity and change in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proactive project manager who can problem solve and manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
