RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates. Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay updated on recruitment, best practices and market trends.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

 

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Previous experience in accounting, tax and tech positions.
  • Experience in international recruitment processes.
  • Understanding labor laws and hiring compliance.
