Our UX Research Team supports the customer-centered experience design of the main digital Thomann products, the web shop and the app. One of our tasks is to investigate and assign any bugs that reach us via colleagues or user feedback.
We are looking for a working student to support us primarily as a bug tracker and to help analyze user feedback in general.
