We are looking for an Analytics Site Manager to join our eCommerce Solutions team to lead data analytics and real-time tracking, ensuring the quality and stability of our rapidly growing whitelabel solution.
Lead site performance optimization through advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights
Monitor key metrics like traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to drive growth and improvement
Leverage top tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to track and analyze performance
Implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user engagement and conversions
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user experience and site effectiveness
Ensure accurate tracking of website events, including setup of tags in Google Tag Manager for precise data collection
Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
