Job description

Specifically, you will be required to:

Act as the contact between the bussines teams and the development team (local and near shore)
Co-working with the business analysts in Paris
Collect and analyse the business needs
Coordonate the study of the business needs and estimations, budget management
Take into consideration the technical requirements and constraints for designing the solution
Collaborate with the software architecte in order to determine the functional architecture
Writing functional specifications
Writing test scenarios
Participating in the testing phases to validate the deliveries before production;
Contribute to the delivery of changes to the different environments
Contribute to the incident management
Investigation and updates for production incidents with escalation to development team, if necessary
Knowledge sharing for the new members of the team
Working with Continuous Delivery and Agile methodologies.

At least 4-5 years experience in a similar role (ideally Java applications)

Good communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
Experience with SQL, APIs, ability to read a physical data model etc
Curiosity and patience to investigate complex production issues
Methodology: Agile
Tools: Jira, Jenkins
Good command of French, both written and spoken English knowledge is an advantage;

A good combination of analytical, creativity and communication skills;

WFA: yes if the profile is very good, but we will prefer someone from Bucharest/Ilfov for 1day/week at the office;
