As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage the onboarding, enablement, and growth of key Rhombus reseller partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture a defined set of reseller partners to exceed an assigned revenue target. You will establish influential executive-level partner relationships, build quarterly and ad-hoc business plans, design and deliver sales and technical training, lead/manage to- and through- partner marketing activities, act as the partners’ advocate within Rhombus, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, display professional communication and interpersonal skills, operate morally and ethically, and possess solid business acumen.

What You'll Do:
  • Foster long-term relationships with assigned channel resellers by aligning their business goals with Rhombus' objectives and serving as their main advocate.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and overcome obstacles to maximize channel opportunities and deal closures.
  • Provide tailored presentations and training to ensure partners understand Rhombus' products, pricing, and value proposition.
  • Drive demand through co-marketing campaigns with partners, ensuring alignment with Rhombus' branding and goals.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate partner performance, identify opportunities, and outline actionable growth strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records and share reports on partner activities, performance metrics, and potential challenges.
  • Evaluate channel partner program tools and incentives, offering recommendations to enhance engagement and scalability.
  • Represent Rhombus at industry events, showcasing solutions and building relationships with partners and potential customers.

  • What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales, business, or a related field is preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, business development, account management. 
  • Proven experience in managing channel partner relationships to drive growth and achieve sales targets, preferably in the physical security or related tech industry.
  • Possess a track record of exceeding sales quotas, with recognition like President’s Club as a strong performance indicator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with an approachable demeanor, fostering trust and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to follow workflows while identifying scalable, innovative improvements for continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team goals by sharing insights, knowledge, and successes.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Impartner, Apollo, Zoom, and Dialpad is a plus
  • This is a remote position with up to 50% overnight travel. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US. 

    Need to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. 

    Compensation
    $90,000 - $150,000 USD

    Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
