The Role:
Data Society is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Data Research Specialist to support our mission of delivering cutting-edge data and AI training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering key contact and company data on learning and development executives across North America and other key markets. You will leverage research tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and investigative outreach methods to build and maintain an accurate CRM database in HubSpot. Additionally, you will support marketing initiatives by enrolling contacts in email sequences and ensuring data integrity within our CRM. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort with professional email and phone outreach. You will:

  • Identify the top learning & development executives (learning leaders) and their direct report management members in target geographies across North America and input and update that information in our CRM,  HubSpot. 
  • Research and gather contact and company data through various investigative and outreach methods such as LinkedIn sales navigator, other data research tools, internet searches, and phone calls.
  • Enter gathered information into the company CRM, Hubspot, including full contact information for those identified executives (Name, Title, Organization, Email, Phone number etc..).
  • Support Director of Marketing by enrolling contacts into email sequences, creating lists, and other needs. 
  • Research needed updates and maintained accuracy in the CRM with updated contact information as needed by geography.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
  • Reports into VP, RevOps.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Detail oriented researcher.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Diligent and dedicated data entry .
  • Keen eye for accuracy and completeness.
  • Comfortable with email and phone outreach to executives in English.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, and at least one CRM.
  • Ideal candidate is familiar with HubSpot CRM.

Salary will be between ₱ 581,465 – ₱ 639,612 per year. In addition, this position will be eligible for full benefits including Unlimited PTO, Healthcare Insurance and Paid Parental Leave.
