Lone Wolf Technologies, a global leader in real estate technology, is on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer that’s eager to conceptualize UI solutions that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.
As part of our "new generation" product team under the direction of the UX Director and reporting to UX Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences across our suite of web applications intended for real estate brokers, agents, and organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design intuitive interfaces that enhance existing tools including advertisement creation and monitoring, lead generation systems, website and CMS platforms, plus other software tools used by real estate professionals.
Follow established patterns from our extensive design system and UI component library.
Create wireframes that communicate interaction and user flows.
Develop high-quality Figma mock-ups ready for UX/UI design critique, using our establish UI component library.
Regularly present your UI designs to peers for review to continually refine concepts.
Work closely with our seasoned team of UX/UI designers sharing knowledge while also learning from others' expertise.
Collaborate efficiently with Product team members understanding project goals thoroughly along with its scope and constraints
Incorporate feedback from user research into your design thinking ensuring user-centricity at each step
Understand enterprise-level requirements around design scalability, ease-of-use for users, and UI predictability while crafting UX/UI designs.
EXPERIENCE:
3 – 6 years UX/UI design experience
A clear portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant, real-world experience.
Portfolio should demonstrate UX/UI design skills, and the candidate should be prepared to discuss how they have applied UI best practices and industry standards to their work.
A thorough understanding of design systems, how to work with them, and how they shape UX/UI design for enterprise-level applications. The UX team at Lone Wolf works with an established design system. We require candidates to be aware of how these will influence and guide design decisions and be ready to apply them.
Familiarity with responsive web design.
Experience using designer tools such as Figma, Whimsical, or similar
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently while also considering technical constraints and user feedback.
NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience working with a design system or component library
Familiarity of the agile/scrum development process
Some understanding of front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, React/Javascript) will be considered advantageous but not necessary
Prior experience in real estate technology platforms would be a plus.
