The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of high-impact initiatives across product, engineering, design, and marketing. Your job? Keep everything running smoothly, remove roadblocks, and drive execution at the highest level. You’ll take ideas and turn them into well-structured plans, making sure the right people are in the loop, the right decisions are made, and teams have what they need to deliver.

You won’t just “track progress” or “manage stakeholders” — you’ll be the driving force behind execution, ensuring that projects are delivered with precision and speed. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots across teams, anticipate challenges before they happen, and push for excellence every step of the way.


Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute multiple projects across product, engineering, design, and marketing, keeping everyone aligned and focused.
  • Translate big ideas into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables, adapting as needed while keeping momentum strong.
  • See around corners—spot risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they become problems, and proactively solve them.
  • Work closely with leaders and key stakeholders, keeping them informed and ensuring alignment at every stage.
  • Optimize how we work—proactively improving collaboration or making sure teams have the right tools to move faster
  • Use data and insights to track progress, measure impact, and continuously improve how we execute projects.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to bridge the gap between engineering and other teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear technical specifications, and alignment on project goals.


  • Requirements:
  • You have 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations in fast-moving SaaS, tech, or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience as a software developer (or strong familiarity with software development processes) is a must. You understand how engineers work, what drives technical decisions, and how to facilitate execution in a development-heavy environment.
  • You don’t just manage timelines—you make things happen. You know how to get people moving, solve problems, and drive execution at a high level.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities can shift, and you know how to adapt without losing momentum.
  • You’re a natural connector and communicator, able to work across teams, simplify complexity, and keep everyone aligned.
  • You have experience working with Agile teams and tools like Monday.com, but more importantly, you know how to get teams to execute, not just follow processes.
  • You’re analytical and data-driven, using insights to track performance, optimize workflows, and improve outcomes.
