What We’re Looking For:

Passion for Innovation: You’re driven by a love for technology and creativity, eager to tackle challenges and explore new solutions.
Experience: Proven track record of 10+ years in software engineering with expertise in HTML/CSS/JS and PHP development.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in an international team, bringing enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit to every project.
Teamwork: Experience working in smaller teams or startups, thriving in agile environments where adaptability and multiple role handling are key.
Process Automation: Demonstrated experience implementing automation solutions, particularly finance-related processes, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
User-Centric Approach: Direct experience working with end-users, understanding their needs, and translating requirements into practical solutions.
Dedication: Commitment to seeing a project through from start to finish, valuing the creative journey and end results.
Effective Communication: We emphasize clear and open communication, with English proficiency (B2, C1, C2) required to ensure smooth collaboration within our international team.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in HTML/CSS/JS and PHP development
Ability to understand and document existing PHP code
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
Proactive in regard to problem-solving
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to self-manage and handle multiple projects and fast deadlines
Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations
Availability to work US working hours (local afternoon hours)
