Job description

What you'll do
  • Source, screen, and review resumes to identify top talent
  • Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships
  • Support Senior Recruiters and Account Managers throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates
  • Assist with various recruiting lifecycle tasks, including candidate submissions, managing ATS and databases, responding to candidates on job platforms, and posting job openings
  • Provide regular performance updates and sourcing activity reports to management

  • What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies
  • EducationBachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • Experience in an agency or startup environment (Bonus)
  • Experience sourcing for IT positions (Bonus)
