Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.
OR
Associate’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred education/Experience:
Prefer experience in a distributed computer environment and supporting a complex integrated software package, training or experience in using e-mail, Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas.
License/Certification:
High School/GED and Two-Year degrees require certification.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred License/Certification:
Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications will be accepted.
