Job description

Job Summary:

We have several inventory tracking programs, and we need to combine the information into one system.  The job entails reorganizing record items within one system to aggregate with another system then deleting records that have already been transferred to the new system.  Employee will need to be able identify the different categories of inventory.


As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), and staying focused on the assigned tasks including company meetings, and completing other tasks as assigned. 


Responsibilities:

  • Provide accountable property management
  • Track material and supplies until expensed
  • Track current on hand inventory
  • Track off site inventory

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years’ experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications

  • Basic written and verbal communication skills

  • Organizational and planning skills

  • Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external customers and vendors

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Ability to accept oversight and instruction from mentors

  • Ability to get and maintain a secret clearance


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the military and/or government

  • Experience performing data entry
