Job description

This is a remote position.

Own, lead and manage the demand planning process for its market to implement the Global demand Planning template collaborating within the market to ensure that the most relevant data and business intelligence is used to generate the most accurate demand forecast and responds quickly to demand signals maximizing service levels.

· Ensure that new product introductions are timely reflected into the demand plans while meeting service, cash, and cost targets by collaborating with the Global Category Team and Customer Service (Ensure efficient management of phase-in phase-out). additionally, collaborate with the Global Category Team, Regional Customer Service and Markets to manage products lifecycle.

· Assist and support the manager S&OP in preparation and facilitation of market S&OP, identifying main drivers, opportunities and risks while ensuring the outcome is seamlessly integrated into the subsequent supply chain planning processes.

· Drive the forecasting process for the market to meet and beat forecast accuracy objectives by Coordinating the generation and maintenance of an 18 months rolling forecast following a precise planning drumbeat

· Ensure use & maintenance of the Digital Planning solution and master data to guarantee the efficiency of the process through automation

· Ensure identification of demand plan variations, exceptions and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

· Ensure Market Intelligence is properly collected, integrated, and maintained from the relevant stakeholders following a precise drumbeat for all markets & products in scope

· Manage business issues, their resolutions, follow up and Identify forecast risks and opportunities

· Advise Customer Service (Regional, local) of variances between existing forecasts, plans, actuals, budgets

· Drive alignment of plans and/or corrective actions in forecasting that will improve our supply chain metrics in cost, cash, and services.

· Report on forecasting performance through standard KPIs, dashboard and reporting

· Ensure the plans are reflected into the market forecast, follow up and monitor their execution.

· Drive Demand Planning process excellence continuously improve the forecasting process and tools by collecting business requirements and ensure adherence/implementation of global standards and reporting requirements

· Drive the drumbeat process and ensure adherence to it

· Quality Management: Customer complaint management for Smoke Free Products (SFP)

· Manage communication with the Commercial Team: Communicate Shipment status/entries and productions to Commercial Team



Requirements

· BSc in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Other Engineering Degrees

· 3-5 Years of experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics (preferable in FMCG)

· An experience managing more than one market (considered as a plus)

· Working knowledge of Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a plus)

· Working knowledge of SAP (considered as a plus)
