Monitoring, responding quickly and effectively to
requests received through the Helpdesk
Managing requests delivery - first in first out
based on priority and ensuring client’s SLA’s are continuously exceeded
Updating the status of the requests using
Ticketing system Software
Coordinate and dispatch engineers to site.
Assisting the SDM - Project Coordinator - Team
lead to achieve customer satisfactions
Requirements
Must be an excellent communicator
Must have 1 -2 years experience in IT Service Desk
Must be willing to work night shift or shifting
Knowledge on WAN and SDWAN is an must
Basic understanding of VPN
Has hands on experience in SNOW, Manage Engine, etc.
Have a strong technical knowledge
