ERP Implementation Manager (SAP, Manufacturing Domain)

This is a remote position.

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring successful project execution within defined timelines and budget.
  
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
  
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and SAP consultants.
  
• Oversee program planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure seamless ERP deployment.
  
• Collaborate with the customer’s product owner to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  
• Ensure ERP solutions align with business goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and optimization within the ERP framework.
  
• Lead the RFP process for vendor evaluation, selection, and recommendation.
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams during the ERP transition phase.
  
• Develop training programs and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
  

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with a strong focus on SAP solutions.
  
• Extensive experience in the manufacturing domain, with deep knowledge of industry-specific ERP requirements.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP projects from inception to completion.
  
• Strong expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance assessment.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, including product owners and business leaders.
  
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience in handling RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and technology selection.
  
• Must be based in Pune, India.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
  
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
  
• Understanding of emerging ERP trends and technologies.
