This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • Part-time, (20 hours per week)  Flexible hours (have to be able to be on a call at some point once a week UK time - 20 hours a week.

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Content Creator to elevate our brand’s visual identity across various digital platforms. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape our online presence through captivating designs for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, while also contributing to our website’s aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities
  • Craft eye-catching graphic designs for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) that align with our brand identity and marketing goals
  • Develop a mix of static posts and occasional Instagram reels to keep our content fresh and engaging
  • Create visually appealing graphics for our website, enhancing user experience and brand consistency
  • Assist in managing social media engagement, helping to build and maintain our online community
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as email management and invoicing, gaining valuable insight into business operations
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all visual content
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and social media best practices to keep our content innovative and effective


Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Demonstrated experience creating content for various social media platforms
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Basic understanding of social media engagement strategies and best practices
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and basic office software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours in the future
