Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks) – San Diego, CA, Pacific Time | 12:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Manila Time
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (60-minute unpaid lunch break and one 15-minute paid break) – San Diego, CA, Pacific Time | 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. Manila Time

Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours


Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Set clear expectations during the initial stages of the client’s program (e.g., Welcome and Intro calls).
  • Offer timely and informative updates to clients throughout their program.
  • Assess client needs and provide accurate, empathetic, and helpful assistance.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and voicemails efficiently.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for scheduled appointments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet goals and targets.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong active listening abilities.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a customer-focused attitude.


Compatible Computer System Requirements (Laptop or Desktop):
  • Windows 10 or later: Minimum Processor: Intel i5, 6th Generation / AMD Ryzen 5
  •  MacOS 12 Monterey: Minimum Processor: Intel i5, 6th Generation
  • Recommended: 16GB RAM (minimum 8GB)
  • Two monitors (or a second monitor attached to a laptop) required.
  • Compatible PC camera for video calls required.
  • A wired PC headset for secure communications required.
