Are you an experienced Xactimate user looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic restoration company? Join our team as a full-time Virtual Estimator and play a crucial role in our project planning and client communication processes. You’ll leverage your expertise in Xactimate to create accurate, detailed estimates for a variety of restoration projects. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to be an integral part of a growing business in the thriving Los Angeles market. Your work will directly impact the success of restoration projects, ensuring clients receive precise cost estimates and helping the company maintain its reputation for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Craft detailed and accurate cost estimates for diverse restoration projects using Xactimate software
  
• Analyze complex project requirements and translate them into comprehensive, easy-to-understand estimates
  
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously updating your knowledge of current market prices for materials and labor in the restoration sector
  
• Act as a key communicator, effectively conveying estimate details to both internal team members and clients
  
• Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills by adjusting estimates in real-time based on project changes or unforeseen circumstances
  
• Contribute to the company’s growth by optimizing the estimation process and identifying areas for improvement
  

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Xactimate estimation software, with a track record of creating accurate and detailed estimates
  
• Strong computer skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies
  
• Sharp mathematical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all estimates
  
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with team members and clients
  
• Previous experience in the restoration or construction industry is highly valued
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  
• Flexibility to align your work schedule with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
