This is a remote position.

Role Name: Non-Voice Administrative Assistant


Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Ontario, CA time
  • with an hour unpaid break

Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be integral to the agency’s success, supporting key operations and client relationships. This role offers a unique blend of administrative duties and industry-specific tasks, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the thriving affiliate marketing sector. You’ll work directly with senior team members, managing crucial communication channels, generating insightful reports, and contributing to business development initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted email outreach to partners using customized templates
  • Generate and analyze daily performance reports from various affiliate networks
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between agency leadership and partners
  • Research potential partners and competitors to support strategic decisions
  • Compile and organize data from affiliate platforms like Rakuten Advertising and Partner Stack
  • Assist in crafting engaging monthly newsletters to keep partners informed and motivated
  • Manage initial onboarding communication with new affiliates
  • Support team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth agency operations


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in email management and template customization
  • Basic data analysis skills with ability to interpret performance reports
  • Self-motivated with strong time management capabilities
  • Eagerness to learn about affiliate marketing concepts and industry trends
  • Adaptability to quickly master new affiliate network platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent productivity tools
  • Comfortable in a remote work environment with potential for increased hours based on performance
