Role Name: Virtual Assistant - Professional Services

Schedule:

  • 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM UK time

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our client’s professional team in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and manage client inquiries through various communication channels
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management
  • Handle email correspondence and maintain organized inbox management
  • Execute accurate data entry and maintain detailed records in CRM and other business systems
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Conduct professional phone calls with clients for follow-ups and scheduling
  • Coordinate work allocation among team members and track project progress
  • Support general administrative tasks and special projects as needed


Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and advanced spreadsheet management
  • Proven experience with social media management tools and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Availability during UK business hours
