Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Work hours aligned with Charlotte, NC time (approximately 9 AM - 6 PM Charlotte, NC time) with 1 hour unpaid break

  • Remote position with regular communication via WhatsApp or other preferred platforms

  • Access to company’s Google Drive for content and resources

  • Handling an average of 3-5 direct inquiries daily, plus additional engagement through comments and likes

  • Managing social media presence for a business with over $1 million in annual revenue and rapid growth

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Engagement

• Maintain and manage social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including pages, groups, and direct message chats.

• Engage with similar accounts and relevant content to build brand presence and attract a larger audience.


Content Creation & Posting

• Create and post engaging content, including Reels, posts, and story updates on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Edit and clip provided photos and videos for social media use.

• Proficient in editing tools such as InShot, Canva, and other creator tools for high-quality content creation.


Sales & Marketplace Management

• Manage Facebook Marketplace sales posts using provided templates.

• Create and refresh sales posts in wholesale and dealer groups and chats.

• Monitor and “bump” existing sales posts to maintain visibility.

• Track and forward inbound sales offers and trade requests for review.


Lead Qualification & Communication

• Identify and forward qualified requests and offers from social channels.

• Maintain clear communication with potential buyers, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury goods or e-commerce sector

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing, with experience using Canva Pro and InShot

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools

  • Eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms

  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
