This is a remote position.

Job Description:

If you have a passion for numbers and a talent for bookkeeping, we'd love to have you join our team as a Bookkeeper. Your role will be essential in maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Downloading financial information and transactions to Xero accounting software.
  • Performing reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Entering data, maintaining records, and generating financial reports and statements.
  • Efficiently managing accounts payable and processing orders in Xero.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of data entry and record-keeping procedures.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Good understanding of financial reconciliation processes.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop) :

  • Windows Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation, Operating System: Windows 10 and up
  • MAC Processor with an Operating System of Catalina and Up Only
  • RAM: 8GB and up
  • At least 25 Mbps Internet speed
