Role Name: Social Media & Administrative Virtual Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20-35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Drive social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Manage and optimize Facebook Marketplace listings to generate sales
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content that showcases properties and experiences
  • Update and maintain website content to ensure accurate and current information
  • Handle email communications and manage scheduling responsibilities
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems for improved efficiency


Requirements
  • Proven experience with social media management and content creation
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Marketplace and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
