Job description

• Manage administrative tasks to support sales representatives
• Handle and organize the salesman's emails
• Enter quotes and orders into the sales system
• Follow up with customers via email for required information
• Arrange and manage travel itineraries for the salesman
• Conduct research and provide insights on potential new customers
• Follow up on outstanding invoices with customers
• Manage customer service emails and inquiries
• Ensure the salesperson can focus on customer interactions by minimizing their administrative workload
