The FP&A Analyst – SEA & HK for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong markets as business Partner and help Commercial team with financial guidance and business analysis

This position is part of the Beckman Coulter APAC Finance team located in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Southeast Asia team and report to the Finance Manager – Southeast Asia responsible for business partnering for Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Business Partnering with the Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong Commercial team to provide financial guidance and business analysis
  • Contract review and GP analysis support for tenders
  • Support ad-hoc financial requests and reporting as needed
  • Work closely with EAO Accounting team to answer any queries of internal and external auditors and work constructively towards addressing issues and gaps identified by auditors and pass the audits.
  • Oversight on the cash flows of the business, keeping a close watch on receivables and plans cash flows and ensure optimal use of funds and working capital

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 3-4 years of financial analysis, reporting and forecasting experience, preferably in Healthcare industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Detailed-oriental and good organizational skills
  • Great problem solving and analytical skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel – 5%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Oracle and EPM system
