THE POSITION
A Service Representative I will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to support the Marketplace Team and assist with booking and fixing issues brought up by customers/service providers. They are expected to be proactive in claiming and resolving assigned issues for orders within a timely manner. We expect integrity and consistent follow up with issues they are assigned. This role will require you to work a minimum of two weekend days a month.
WHAT YOU DO
Enthusiastically answering customer calls
Treat all customers, but especially customers sent from our Partners, with the customer service expected by our center.
Calling Outbound leads assigned to you on a daily basis
Model excellent customer sales and service skills
Follow correct procedure when resolving customer and service provider issues
Intentionally, accurately, and consistently communicate HAH policies that apply to customer/service provider issues.
Actively claim and resolve customer issues correctly.
Manage workflow so that every customer is addressed within a timely manner
Stay on top of time sensitive issues
Keep a kind and positive tone while working with upset customers and service providers
Foster teamwork
Meet metrics for your given position
Any other additional tasks assigned by management

WHAT YOU BRING:
You have strong time management skills and a committed work ethic
You have a very positive attitude and are willing to learn from and accept mistakes
You possess excellent communication, sales, and customer service
Be VERY detail oriented
Will go above and beyond to make sure that customers and service provider understand any changes made to orders
You possess intermediate computer skills and can adapt to new technologies
You learn quickly, and are resourceful and have the ability to seek out appropriate points of contact to get all necessary information
You’re a team player (this is a team)
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
