Position Purpose: Responsible for financial grant-related activities. Work closely with program staff and leadership to ensure financial procedural compliance and accurate financial reporting on all grants and specialty programs assigned. Determines whether organization is staying in compliance with guidelines and works with stakeholders to make changes, as necessary. Develop budgets and appropriate tracking and reporting. Serve as a subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders with regards to financial grant-related activities.
- Review and ensure that all grant financial reporting adheres to company policies and procedures and government regulations. Identify misalignment, recommend action plans and ensure execution of those plans.
- Perform budgeting/forecasting and reconciliation of grant revenue and expense. Analyze variances, identify trends or gaps, and develop actions plans to resolve issues.
- Advise internal and external stakeholders regarding financial reporting for grants.
- Provide financial analysis as needed to support Federal & State grant deliverables.
- Assist providers with monthly contractor expenditure reporting to government agency.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field. 5+ years of finance experience in a managed care or health related field, nonprofit or philanthropy setting with at least 1 year of experienced focused on managing non-title or grants funding.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
