• Hybrid working, Sydney home base preferred

As the Airconditioning & Refrigeration Manager, you will work cross functionally to manage the Refrigeration and HVAC asset portfolio on Endeavour Group sites, including shared assets on partner sites. 

You’ll work closely with internal Facilities and Format teams to confirm work completed by service providers, and other third parties, meets Endeavour Group scopes and specifications.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

• Management of capex quotes and awarding works for refrigeration and HVAC across Endeavour portfolio.
• Ensure that all quotes are delivered to Endeavour specifications.
• Provide Summary Reports on projects under their control.
• Manage the financial position of the project including but not limited to cost reporting, forecasting, variation management etc. 
• Scope, review and provide condition audit reports for existing sites where required.
• Drive safety leadership and awareness across all quotes.
• Identify further process and optimisation opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with Facilities Managers, the Property team and landlords to understand the owner of assets.
• Work with external partners to understand shared assets.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Refrigeration engineering qualifications - minimum Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration 
• Minimum 5 years experience in Refrigeration & HVAC Facilities Management
• General Construction Industry White Card
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and store CAD plans
• Experience in highly disruptive fit out environments desirable
• Understand planned maintenance requirements for HVAC
