Our client Account Manager (CAM) accomplishes project goals by planning, evaluating, and improving project-specific activities. You will manage the daily relationship with the assigned client(s) and must collaborate with your partners and departments. The CAM ensures that agreed client objectives are met in a fiscally responsible manner for both the client and Inizio.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage all aspects of program delivery, upkeep, and/or growth; assess, clarify, and address clients' needs to provide solutions
  • Communicate with the client and provide status updates throughout the implementation process and during the duration of the program
  • Work with clients and our teams to find efficiencies and propose creative solutions
  • Write or collaborate on and ensure the currency of client SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Arrange and lead status calls with the appropriate frequency for the program needs
  • Provide accurate invoicing and track expenses against client budgets, including reviewing P&Ls and identifying items that need discussion with the Client Account Director (CAD).
  • Help with the annual contract renewal process (if applicable) with the involvement of relevant Inizio resources.
  • Attend live client meetings, operational meetings, conferences, and other commitments
  • Complete all required administrative tasks promptly within the deadlines required for the program and Inizio Engage.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and client policies, procedures, and training requirements.
  • For direct reports, establish performance standards and provide coaching and feedback; conduct performance evaluations; coordinate new hire training and monitor staffing levels.
  • Safeguard patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Call center project management experience
  • 3 + years of project management or related experience
  • Reimbursement/Prior authorization experience
  • Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel for national meetings and at client requests.
