Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do

🔍 Analyze & Profile Healthcare Data

  • Dive deep into healthcare financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, reliability, and meaningful insights.

Develop & Automate Reports

  • Build dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize trends and key metrics.
  • Standardize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

🔎 Ensure Data Quality & Integrity

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues—because clean data leads to better decisions.

📈 Optimize & Innovate

  • Streamline workflows and reporting structures, ensuring fast and accurate insights for stakeholders.
  • Keep documentation up to date to support seamless collaboration across teams.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work with business leaders, IT, and other data professionals to bridge the gap between data and decision-making.
  • Be the go-to expert on healthcare financial data, from revenue cycle management to insurance payers and procedure codes.

🚀 Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for enhancements in reporting processes, leveraging SQL, data modeling, and BI best practices.
Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Table

✅ 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI Development, or Data Quality
✅ 4+ years of SQL experience (tables, stored procedures, views—you name it!)
✅ 3+ years of experience building reports/dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data governance (HIPAA compliance, security protocols)
