About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager to drive the ongoing evolution and scalability of our enablement programs. With a solid foundation already in place, this role is focused on refining, optimizing, and expanding Planful’s GTM onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to support a growing, high-performing customer-facing team.

As a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing training effectiveness, increasing program efficiency, and ensuring continued alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a passion for enablement, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to scale programs that drive measurable impact. You will collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and alignment in GTM enablement delivery, methodologies and reporting. 

Responsibilities

  • Scale and optimize GTM onboarding to ensure global consistency and effectiveness, reducing ramp time and increasing sales-readiness.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs for GTM new hires, encompassing various learning modalities such as live classroom training, asynchronous e-learning, virtual sessions, role-plays, workshops, and onboarding activities.
  • Drive and support the development of dynamic, blended learning solutions that engage and empower our teams, ensuring accessibility and relevance to sales objectives ensuring GTM teams remain confident and knowledgeable in their messaging.
  • Facilitate field engagement through surveys, feedback loops, and regular check-ins to drive continuous improvement in enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and formalize a coaching framework that empowers frontline managers to reinforce learning, drive skill development, and improve team performance.
  • Build and manage reinforcement programs that sustain learning through structured coaching cadences, peer-to-peer mentorship, and real-world application.
  • Optimize and expand the use of LMS, Gong, and AI-driven coaching tools to improve training efficiency, analytics, and self-service learning.
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, aligning enablement initiatives with business objectives while maintaining the autonomy to execute and innovate.
  • Continuously refine enablement content and delivery methods, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business by streamlining training operations, leveraging technology, and improving self-service learning resources.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure enablement effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Manage and maintain enablement tools and content repositories, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with sales and customer success priorities.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related fields, preferably within a fast-growing B2B organization.
  • Extensive experience designing and executing new hire onboarding programs for sales and customer-facing teams, with a focus on scalability and impact.
  • Strong familiarity with Workramp (LMS) and field training events, including annual kick-offs and periodic in-person trainings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling training assets such as briefs, slides, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, MS Office, and basic Adobe creative tools, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Passionate, high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, driving enthusiasm and engagement among teams.
  • Knowledge of finance, financial planning, reporting processes, sales fundamentals, and typical methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning theory is a plus.

Pay Transparency Statement

At Planful our top priority is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual's skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location. 

Our base salary band for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year, dependent on working location and experience. This position is eligible for bonuses/ commission and more details about our company benefits can be found here: https://planful.com/jobs/
