Growth Marketing Coordinator

As the Growth Marketing Coordinator, to support our marketing efforts through data analysis, campaign execution, and content creation. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on marketing experience while contributing to our mission of helping speakers clarify their message, finding the right opportunities, and sharing their impact with the world. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to analyze data, optimize marketing strategies, and assist in executing campaigns across various channels.

This is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Director of Marketing.

A Day In The Life:

Every day, you will…

  • Analyze marketing data to track performance and optimize campaigns by utilizing A/B tests across multiple media outlets.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms.
  • Create email campaigns for our growing newsletter to attract aspiring speakers, coaches, and consultants.
  • Support enrollment efforts by ensuring consistent opportunities through targeted outreach, applications and calendar bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for marketing improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data from social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and website performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Content Creation Support: Support content creation efforts, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Maintain and update marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Cross-Team & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth campaign execution.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Event & Webinar Support: Assist with event planning, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Marketing Database & Asset Management: Maintain and organize marketing databases, dashboards, and assets to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Lead Generation & Enrollment Support: Ensure enrollment adviser calendars are full through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Sales & Performance Reporting: Report marketing and sales data from Hubspot and send regular performance briefs to leadership.
  • Product Launch Assistance: Assist with new product launches and other marketing initiatives as needed. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics or other marketing tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices.
  • Previous internship or project experience in a marketing-related role.

This includes setting clear goals, defining deliverables, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. Strong project management ensures that projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver expected outcomes, even when faced with changes or challenges.
