About the role: as a Business Development Manager at Mira Search, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our client base and market presence. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and promote our innovative recruitment services. You'll be working in a supportive environment with a team of passionate professionals, and you'll have the autonomy to shape your sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and geographic regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations, including C-level executives and HR leaders.
• Conduct presentations and proposals to showcase Mira Search's recruitment services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to secure new clients and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and marketing campaigns. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales performance.
• Convert leads generated by the Lead Generation Specialist into active users and strategic partners.
• Identify and develop new service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
• Fluent English proficiency (required).
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or partnerships within the IT, HR, outsourcing, or related digital fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a focus on building and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the HR industry and the challenges faced by organizations in attracting and retaining top talent. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
