Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!

You will work closely with business stakeholders and project managers to convert business requirements into technology solutions and oversee their documentation and deployment.

You are detail-oriented, motivated, talented, and committed to the job at hand and to your team. You take pride and ownership in your deliverables. Responsibilities:

Partnering with the Product and UX teams to translate requirements into clear system specifications with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Conducting estimation exercises with the development team and presenting viable options to stakeholders.
Coordinating with QA and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
Leading and facilitating planned collaborative work sessions or ad-hoc discussions with IT, Product, and UX teams.
Stepping in as a backup for the Scrum Master/PM to run Scrum ceremonies when needed.
Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs
Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
Implementing effectively communicating plan, status, risks, and issues to the stakeholders in a precise and timely manner
Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities
