Job Summary: 

The IT Developer II will have technical responsibility for the enhancement and support of applications systems. In this position the candidate will review, analyze, and modify programming systems to support business requirements. Analysis of business application system, technical design and applications programming skills are necessary to properly support business applications.

• Responsible for SAP UI5 and ABAP development, with both custom development and customizations to existing processes, including development and enhancements of Fiori apps and its corresponding OData services, Reports (ALV, Lists), Interfaces (IDOC/ALE, BAPIs, Webservices, File based interfaces, RFCs), Conversions (LSMW, BDCs), Enhancements (User-exits, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements), Forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts) and Workflows
• Supports SAP ERP by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and by providing design and development of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
• Translates functional specifications into technical specifications with detailed knowledge of SAP tables/fields, as well as SAP design principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
• Analyzes production issues as necessary to determine the cause of the issue and determine the necessary course of action for resolution.
• Develops and maintains technical unit and integrated test scenarios as well as regression testing.
• Develops detailed estimates, plans, and schedules to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
• Ability to coordinate with offshore teams and manage handoffs with an onsite / offshore model.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and code reviews.
• Follows and helps to establish coding standards.
• Contributes to achievement of team performance and quality standards as defined by service level agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or other related field of study preferred.
• 5+ years of SAP ABAP programming experience required. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 required.
• Broad experience in SAP development tools and technologies (ABAP, UI5, NetWeaver Gateway (OData), LSMW, User Exits, BADI, Implicit Enhancements, Explicit Enhancements, BAPI, ABAP Workflow, Reports (Classical, ALV and Interactive), ALE, EDI, IDOC, File, SAP Forms/Layout (Script and Smart forms), Data Dictionary, Module pool programming and OO ABAP Programming)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Minimal travel required.
• English proficiency required.

• Strong hands-on experience development experience with Fiori/SAP UI5, OData, Workflow, IDOC/ALE interfaces.
• Experience with developing Fiori apps for mobile, performance improvements in HANA DB and RFID integrations are desired.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience on SAP ECC business areas such as SD, PM, MM, WM.
• Knowledge and experience on CDS, HANA Studio, and SAC are plus points.
• Knowledge in Agile and SDLC methodologies and S4 HANA migration
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
• Well organized and capable of managing numerous priorities in a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Highly motivated and a quick learner.
• Possess ability to collaborate with key users to support existing SAP functionality and develop solutions to improve business processes.
