Cathelco & HEM, part of the Evac Group, is a global leader in innovative solutions for marine and offshore industries. We are seeking a strategic Head of Business Finance to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) globally, driving business performance and partnering with senior leaders to deliver financial insights and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities globally for Cathelco & HEM Business Line.
• Orchestrate financial reporting cycles, including Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy and high-quality management reporting for Business Line leadership and the Board.
• Develop performance and management reporting processes to enhance financial insights.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Motivate, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Directly manage Financial Controllers in the Asian entities of Cathelco & HEM.
• Travel internationally to Group entities, including locations in Asia, the UK, and Finland.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• 5-10 years of financial analysis and business partnering experience, preferably in an international industrial company.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Business-oriented mindset with a track record of driving impact through financial insights.
• Expertise in management reporting, financial consolidation tools, and processes.
• Dynamic, hands-on approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Experienced leader, skilled in managing and developing high-performing teams.
