Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Leader to help lead and expand growth for an emerging a practice area. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in leading pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, estimates and proposals, leading delivery teams, and successfully delivers NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across the country. Within this role you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of activities from assisting our Business Development with sales through project delivery success. Peloton also places a high value on internal contributions through the support and development of the firm and its team members.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The NetSuite Lead will work as part of the NetSuite Practice to help grow NetSuite ERP business and deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:
- Support driving sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations
- Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements for clients and prospective clients as well as delivering the analysis and follow-ups
- Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
- Become a trusted advisor to Peloton NetSuite clients and prospects
- Defining new and refining existing business processes
- Participating in data integration and migration solutions
- Participating and/or leading UAT testing and deployment
- Managing a project and project team members
- Directly Mentoring team members in their career development
- Take a lead role in continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property for the practice
Required Skills & Experience:
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
- Must have 8-10 years of experience in implementation as well as Pre-Sales support for NetSuite ERP modules with a focus on Financial Management but may include: Supply Chain Management, Inventory and Order Management, Commerce, and CRM and have at least 2 years as a NetSuite Functional Lead on engagements
- Specific experience with Multibook Accounting, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Projects/Job Costing
- Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts and turn them into actionable tasks
- Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound) with experience in leveraging Netsuite’s API’s and SuiteScript integration
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
- Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
- Ability to travel within the United States
