Experienced Scrum Master for eCommerce 50% or 100%

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach for a consulting assignment in the eCommerce sector. In this role, you will facilitate agile processes, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and create an environment where the team can perform at its best. You will also work closely with the Product Owner and the broader team to optimize workflows and remove obstacles.

Example Responsibilities:

• Coach and support the team in agile methodologies
• Facilitate team events and processes (Scrum events, PI Planning, etc.)
• Ensure high-quality user stories and backlog management
• Support the Product Owner by reducing workload and improving structure
• Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress
• Work closely with the Agile Manager to build a high-performing team

Requirements and Experience:

• 5–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach, preferably in eCommerce
• Experience working with agile teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience with PI Planning and other agile frameworks

Practical Information:

• Scope: 20 hours per week
• Location: Gothenburg (with occasional office visits) or nearshore (same time zone)
